Pattern Maker
Experienced Pattern Makers working in wood, fibreglass and polystyrene. Well-equipped open pattern shop, complex and simple jobs, experience with volutes, cylinders, casings etc.
Salary £30-32K
Skilled Moulders
Experienced floor moulders working piece rate bonus system. Open foundry plan with simple and complex castings. Furane sand. Experienced with pump parts and cylinders. Various iron alloy metals, grey iron, SG, Ni-Hard and Ni-Resist.
We also require an experienced moulder for Track moulding of jobbing castings. Smaller castings short runs. Furane sand. Piece rate bonus.
Salary £22-25K
Fettlers
Experienced with High frequency grinders. Varied aspects of fettling involving shot-blast preparation, chipping and grinding. Other duties include material identification/segregation and painting.
Salary £22K+
